The Winning Edge
The Winning Edge was established on 17 September 2019 by Col Amardeep Singh, SM (Retd) along with an advisory team of other retired defence officers. Our aim is to provide mentoring and preparatory support to students competing for defence entrance exams. The institution was the outcome and continuation of the spirit of nation-building that is the core value of the Indian military.
The Winning Edge is an excellence-driven enterprise that prepares students for taking entrance exams for Sainik School, RMS, RIMC, NDA, AFCAT and qualifying the SSB. The larger effort is to mentor the students who join us to become academically strong and develop the mental and physical attributes of a defence officer.
Our main office is located in the heart of picturesque hill station, Dehradun. The Winning Edge aspires to be the leading establishment in mentoring candidates in achieving their desired career goal in the defence services.
Our Mission
The Winning Edge is committed providing targeted and quality academic and institutional support to students seeking to compete for defence entrance exams. We have professionally designed preparatory content for Defence Entrance Exams, SSB, UN Placement Assistance, Security Professional Mentoring, Visa Services and Aptitude Assessment. Each vertical is manned by expert trainers who bring with them experience of the field and thus give the desired authentic guidance to candidates seeking admissions. We have created the necessary technological and physical infrastructure for all our programs.We have achieved successful placements in all verticals due to our strong content and program structures.
We will continue to strengthen our programs and establish a niche in academic mentoring as well as providing career solutions to young students, mid-service professionals and others seeking defence related careers.

At the Winning Edge each student is individually assessed for his preparation. An individual progression is charted out for capacity building for the entrance examination. While this preparation is underway our mentors are assessing and preparing the candidate for the interview process.
