Colonel Amardeep Singh, Sena Medal (R)
Colonel Amardeep Singh (AD) has had a distinguished career in the Army. He is a 1993 Batch Infantry Officer who joined the National Defence Academy in July 1989 and the Indian Military Academy in Jun 1992. He has seen active service in Jammu and Kashmir ( three tenures at Kupwara, Siachen Glacier and Nagrota), United Nations Mission in Ethiopia and Eritrea (Africa) and Manipur, where he comanded his Battalion and was awarded Sena Medal for Distinguished Service. He took pre mature retirement from the Army, after 25 years of service,in April 2018 to pursue his passion for mentoring and writing.
AD has had three prestigious instructional assignments at The Infantry School, Mhow (1999-2000), Indian Military Academy, Dehradun (2005-08) and Army War College, Mhow (2014-2017) spanning over eight years where he was resposible for training and mentoring Officer Cadets and Officers from all three Services of the Armed Forces, Para Military Forces, Central Police Organisations as well as officers from a host of Friendly Foreign Countries.
Colonel Amardeep has been a prolific writer who has five books to his credit. He has been a regular contributor to the professional journals of the Armed Forces. He writes regular columns National dailies. He has been awarded Army Commander’s Scholar Warrior Badge for his research paper in 2017.
A speaker and motivator par excellence, AD has conducted seminars on varied subjects for Civil Servants, Police Officers and Media. He is a regular speaker on defence issues on the National Media including Doordarshan and All India Radio. He has full command over English, Hindi and Punjabi languages.

BRIG V GEORGE (R)
Brigadier V George is an alumnus of Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. He was a UN Military Observer in Kuwait, Deputy Director General (UN Peace keeping) in Army Headquarters, took Premature Release from the Army and joined the United Nations in New York in 2012. He has had multiple exposures with UN Peace Keeping Missions as Observer, Senior Staff Officer for Logistics and Training of a number of UN Missions and as an Executive Member in the International Association of Peacekeeping Training Centres. He has handled logistics and training of hundreds of UN Personnel including officers. Government of India nominated him to undergo the prestigious Senior UN Mission Leaders Course in South Africa conducted by the UN. Being part of the UN, he has travelled to and worked in more than 20 countries. He has been a UN Consultant since 2014 and has guided a large number of officers and civilian professionals for UN assignments.
Col L D Dobhal (R)
TECHNICAL OFFICERS
Colonel Lakshmi Dutt Dobhal is a revered Army Veteran. He is the first Officer to be
commissioned into the Army Education Corps (AEC) from the Short Services Course in 1967. He brings with him a vast experience of Training and Coaching. An Educationist and Academician, Col Dobhal holds multiple Bachelors and Masters Degrees.
During his service in the Army he held various prestigious appointments. He was an Instructor at Officers Training School, Madras (Now Officers Training Academy, Chennai) and AEC Training College & Centre, Pachmarhi (MP). He served as a Principal of a Secondary School run by Army in Dehradun. He qualified Technical Officer’s (Psychologist’s) Course from Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR) and was advisor to various Services Selection
Centres. He served as the Officer in Charge of Human Resources Development Centre, HQ Northern Command for approximately four years.
Post retirement, he held the position of Principal of Modi Public School, Kota (Rajasthan) for
eight years and was also in the Advisory Board of a Coaching Institute in Dehradun.
Lt Col H D S Bisht (R)

Lt Col Hari Darshan Singh Bisht is an Indian Army Veteran with 31 years of illustrious career in the Indian Army and in Corporate. An Alumni of Indian Military Academy, Dehradun and XLRI, Jamshedpur, he has attended GTO Course at Defence Institute for Psychological Research (DIPR), DRDO, New Delhi. Lt Col H D S Bisht did his Bachelor of Technology (Electronics and Communication Engineering) at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and Management course on Advanced Work Study for Defence Officers at Institute of Technology Management, DRDO, (Uttarakhand).
After retirement Lt Col H D S Bisht moved to Corporate Sector where he gathered
experience as AGM – Technical Support, Manager – O&M, General Manager (Circle Operation Head) and Business Head -System & Technology Division of reputed firms. Later on he moved to Zambia as Country Director of a leading Insurance Software provider Company.
While in the Army, Lt Col Bisht has had more than ten years of experience in preparing soldiers for the Services Selection Board (SSB) Interview and during his a decade plus career in the Corporate Sector he was a part of selection boards. Presently Lt Col Bisht heads the Interview Division of The Winning Edge, where he is pursuing his passion to
mentor young men and women for career in the Armed Forces.

He has a proven expertise in Risk Assessment & Mitigation, creating corporate security protocols for CXOs, Investigations (including covert ops), Security Operations, Gold Plant Security, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Development, Workflow Management, Business Continuity Management, Emergency Response & Crisis Management, Compliance Audits, Training & Development. He is an expert handwriting analyst too.
Capt Ajay, with his expertise & experience in security domain as well as his certifications with ASIS (CPP &PCI) has mentored a large number of young and retired enthusiasts in enhancing their career and getting high paying dream jobs in India and abroad.
